Molecular Mixology & Edible Cocktails

Cocktails are a key component of any memorable night out. Whether you’re hitting your favorite bar, going to happy hour after work, or hosting a party at home, the right drink can make all the difference.

In today’s world of molecular mixology, bars have been experimenting with new ways to serve up drinks that are both tasty and visually appealing.

There is no shortage of creative cocktail recipes and ideas for serving them. Many of these also happen to be perfect for entertaining—as most can be made ahead and served in mason jars or other serving vessels that keep prep simple on the day of your party.

With this in mind, we’ve gathered some of our favorite deconstructed cocktails to help you elevate your next get-together. Each one is easy to scale up (or down) as needed, so you can host a small intimate affair, or host a big bash with lots of guests.
